Occasionally we will give time in the show to focus on those individuals whose lives and service made a significant impact on the entire Church. This episode of History of the Saints focuses on the conversion of one of those men, a man who became a legend, who has been variously described as one of the twin pillars of the Restoration, the Lion of the Lord, An American Moses, the Great Colonizer, and so forth. He is Brigham Young. Brigham Young was born June 1, 1801, the 9th of 11 children, to John and Abigail Howe Young at Whitingham, Vermont.
