Mormon Wars is the story of a war of persecution waged on the saints from young Joseph Smith and the very beginnings of the Restoration through the war on polygamy waged by the United States government late in the 19th century. This documentary focuses on the history of that war on the saints and emphasizes the  individuals who lived through that war. Joseph and Hyrum Smith, Parley P. Pratt, David W. Patten, and so many others lost their lives as casualties in that war on the faithful. This DVD is the gripping story of what those earliest Latter-day Saints endured for their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It will engender in the modern descendants of those pioneers a sense of gratitude for and humble pride in their pioneer forebears.
